Marketing Communications Coordinator (Part Time)

July 2010

We are looking for a permanent, part-time Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our Perth-based office and work closely with our management team to help continue the expansion of our business. This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating direct marketing campaigns, a website rebuild, brand building, internal and external communication style guides, organising customer seminars, and enhance all aspects of Addax Business Solutions public image.

This role will require strong organisational skills, a thorough understanding of the Business-to-Business IT/Software industry, and works closely with the management team. We offer flexible working hours and are looking for someone to take responsibility for the implementation of all marketing strategies and functions.

Specifically, your job will involve:

  • Working closely with international suppliers to execute targeted Business to Business marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and execute local and national direct mail & telemarketing campaigns
  • Event preparation and coordination
  • Database maintenance and email marketing
  • Marketing report preparation
  • Coordinating a website rebuild, and on-going maintenance
  • Preparation of newsletters, brochures and other marketing materials
  • General marketing administration

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and previous marketing experience in a relevant similar industry. You will also be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to take control of your schedule, organise others, and have a creative flair. In addition to this you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in marketing
  • Extensive experience in a recognised CRM system
  • Outstanding Copywriting Skills
  • Strong IT & Administration Skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML

  • Exceptional organisational & multi-tasking skills

IT & Software Support Consultant

July 2010

We are looking for a positive and resourceful personality to join our Perth-based head office in the role of IT and Software Support Consultant where you will participate in a customer focussed team providing highly responsive, professional support to our customers. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining great customer relationships through expert, efficient, and cheerful IT support.

This role will require strong organisational skills, a thorough understanding of the Business-to-Business IT/Software industry, and work closely with customers to quickly and efficiently resolve their issues.

Specifically, your job will involve:

  • Responding to telephone, email, and online support requests.
  • Prioritising and resolving customer issues
  • Investigating often challenging customer requirements
  • Providing onsite IT support services
  • Occasional after hours system maintenance work

You will be responsible for maintaining Addax Business Solutions reputation for high quality, responsive customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and proven customer service skills. You will also be a self-starter who has a demonstrated ability to take control of your schedule, prioritise tasks, and show initiative. In addition to this you will have:

  • Logical and methodical troubleshooting approach
  • Windows, XP, Vista, and 7 setup and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Server Skills (SBS, Windows Server, Exchange, Migration, etc.)
  • Commitment and desire to achieve results
  • Networking setup and troubleshooting (routers, firewall, vpn, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team
  • Maintain backup and DR systems
  • Exceptional organisational & multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Working understanding of Server and Workstation hardware platforms and components
  • Valid Driving Licence and own transport (parking and car allowance paid)

Highly Desirable

  • Previous software support experience, especially business systems
  • Server Virtualisation & VMware & Hyper Skills & Experience.
    (Setup & Maintenance)
  • Experience in server based computing (Terminal Server, Citrix etc.)
