Tenement Management & Reporting

In most financial systems Tenement Management is generally either:

• Over simplified by using General Ledger chart structures resulting in an inflexible, high-level reporting structure with little or no depth.
• Over complicated by using full Job Costing or Project Management modules that require significant set up and ongoing management.

Addax has designed all the requirements of managing Tenement reporting into a flexible, yet simple to use, “Transaction Analysis” process. This process sits on top of an uncomplicated General Ledger chart structure. AMOS can also capture and store statistical information such as metres drilled or assays processed.

This information can be either actuals or budgeted information. Greentree’s powerful budgeting module allows an unlimited number of budgets and forecasts, all of which can be updated directly from your Excel budget/forecast without the need to reformat or export the data first.

Excel Integration

All the data relating to tenements is maintained in Greentree but Excel is the preferred option for reporting. It is important to understand that there is a live link between Greentree and Excel. It is not a process of exporting the data from Greentree then importing it into Excel. Within Excel there are specific Greentree formulas which provide direct access to data, although all information flowing into and out of Greentree is subject to the standard Greentree business rules and security, which are based on the user login.
